FEEDBACK: Early Birds always welcomes parent feedback. Areas for improvement or
suggestions are incorporated into staff training days or they are discussed at
regular staff meetings in order to raise awareness or assess the viability of
them within the setting. If agreed a member of staff is then allocated
responsibility for its implementation along with an appropriate timescale.
